Job summary

SILAB Inc. is expanding its US footprint from its East Brunswick, New Jersey office. The Sales Department coordinates daily customer relationships and provides technical, scientific, regulatory, and commercial support to clients.

You will join the Customers Projects Leaders team, working closely with US Account Managers and Sales & Logistics Administration, interfacing with SILAB's French headquarters to ensure customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or engineering degree in cosmetics, pharmacy, biology, agronomy or chemistry.
• Organised and proactive with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience managing or supporting commercial projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct customer support across technical, scientific, regulatory, marketing and commercial aspects.
• Coordinate information flow with French counterparts and internal experts.
• Participate in internal meetings to develop action plans and commercial supports.
• Lead project dynamics with clients using CRM and dedicated tools.
• Conduct market monitoring in the US region and report on activity.
