Materion is seeking a Customer Project Manager/Commercial Project Manager-Key Accounts to oversee large, high-value customer projects, including contract reviews, RFQs, and quotations. You will ensure projects are properly scoped, delivered on time, and within budget, while aligning pricing and margin strategy with the Commercial Director.
You will collaborate across Operations, R&D, Quality and other units to develop roadmaps for key accounts, present progress to customers, manage milestones

As Customer Project Manager/Commercial Project Mangaer-Key Accounts you are responsible for maintaining and growing our customer base, including contract reviews, RFQs, and quotations. You ensure that key projects i.e. orders with high organizational and technical complexity and high revenue volume are properly scoped, delivered on time and within budget. You contribute to the development of the Life Science and Industrial market strategy by the Commercial Director and you develop key customer roadmaps. You foster smooth communication across functional units (Operations, R&D, Quality etc.) as needed to provide optimum solutions for customer projects in the quotation and execution process.

108,900.00 - 141,400.00* *The salary range listed is a guide for this position and may vary depending on experience, education, geographic location, and other qualifications. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's individual merits and the company's compensation policies.
The selection of the person to be hired for this position is contingent on the candidate having export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology which comes under the licensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
