Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex Prefab Customer projects in the United States. You will own the project from initiation to closeout, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and field services to deliver integrated enclosures, HVAC, fire and gas, and automation systems.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required.
• BS in an Engineering discipline preferred.
• PMP (PMI), CPMP/CPMA SE Internal Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate project scope, schedule, cost, and contract terms with the customer.
• Develop and maintain project organization, schedule, and risk register.
• Monitor project execution with kick-off meetings, schedule, and updates.
• Lead monitoring and control of project performance and reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee project closeout including financial reconciliation and training coordination.
• Demonstrate understanding of Schneider Electric products and processes for effective project management.
