The Role

We’re seeking a seasoned Customer Program Manager to lead strategic, large-scale AI/ML transformation projects with health plans and provider organizations. You’ll be the face of Autonomize AI for executive stakeholders, ensuring projects launch on time, meet rigorous quality standards, and drive both adoption and expansion. Your ability to communicate complex technical solutions with executive presence—and navigate matrixed enterprises—will be critical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Execution & Delivery
    • Define and manage end-to-end program roadmaps for AI/ML implementations, coordinating engineering, product, and delivery teams to hit aggressive go-live targets (6-8 weeks) .
    • Oversee project plans, budgets, risks, and dependencies in highly matrixed environments.
    • Identify renewal and expansion opportunities; partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive growth.

    2. Customer Success & Executive Engagement

    • Serve as primary liaison to C-suite and IT leaders, presenting program health, insights, and ROI.
    • Build and maintain trust through transparent status reporting, customer dashboards, and executive-level communications.
    • Capture and advocate customer feedback to shape product roadmaps and competitive positioning.

    3. Technical Coordination & Quality

    • Translate deep technical product capabilities (APIs, data pipelines, AI agents) into implementation plans in partnership with Delivery team
    • Facilitate stakeholders to validate architecture and integration designs (FHIR, HL7, cloud-native ML services)
    • Ensure all deliverables comply with HIPAA, SOC2, and CMS requirements; implement metrics-driven QA processes.

    4. Process Optimization & Documentation

    • Continuously refine delivery frameworks and playbooks to reduce time-to-value and improve handoffs.
    • Develop runbooks, best-practice guides, and internal training to scale program methodologies across teams.

    5. Leadership & Collaboration

    • Cultivate cross-functional alignment by “aligning clearly, collaborating deeply,” breaking down silos for collective problem-solving
    • Mentor junior program managers, fostering a culture of “fail forward, learn faster” to drive continuous improvement.
    Qualifications
    • Experience: 8+ years in program or project management of complex SaaS/AI deployments; 5+ years in highly matrixed enterprise environments, ideally within healthcare or regulated industries.
    • Technical Acumen: Hands-on understanding of REST APIs, data exchange standards (FHIR, HL7), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and core ML/AI concepts.
    • Communication: Exceptional executive presence; skilled at simplifying technical complexity for diverse audiences.
    • Leadership: Proven track record of driving cross-functional teams to deliver on tight timelines with high quality.
    • Tools & Certifications: Proficient in JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
    • Travel: Willingness to travel for client engagements as required.
