What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, implement, and complete tactical project plans related to customer issue resolution and quality improvement
- Act as the lead relationship manager for assigned accounts, ensuring proactive customer communication
- Align Cotiviti's software and services with customer business needs to achieve outstanding results
- Forecast and track key metrics related to revenue, member counts, and risk adjustment
- Communicate customer enhancement requests to the Product Management team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Operational knowledge in data processing, Claims processing, Encounter submissions, and risk adjustment
- Solid organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Freshdesk, SQL, and Jira

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and success planning
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify patterns and insights
- Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) distribution models
