What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement tactical project plans related to customer issue resolution and program enhancements
- Act as the lead relationship manager for assigned accounts, ensuring proactive customer communication
- Align Cotiviti's software and services with customer business needs to drive successful outcomes
- Track key metrics related to revenue and risk adjustment, managing product-related issues impacting customer success
- Communicate customer enhancement requests to the Product Management team to advocate for timely resolutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Operational knowledge of processing data through various systems and technical expertise in Claims processing and risk adjustment
- Solid organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Experience in healthcare or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Freshdesk, SQL, and Jira

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and success planning
- Fluent in Software as a Service (SaaS) distribution models
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify patterns and insights
