Fralo Industries is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day sales and customer service activities while helping ensure customer orders move efficiently from purchase order through production and delivery.
This position serves as a key link between our customers and internal teams, including Sales, Production, Quality, and Operations. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple customer needs and priorities at the same time.
Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate customer purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely order entry.
- Prepare customer quotations and provide accurate pricing for parts and products.
- Maintain and update customer and product pricing to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, order status updates, and day-to-day concerns.
- Monitor customer orders throughout the production process and proactively communicate schedule or delivery updates.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Sales, and other internal departments to address customer requirements and resolve issues.
- Help manage customer expectations by providing clear, timely, and accurate communication.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive service and effective problem solving.
- Visit customer facilities as needed to strengthen relationships, better understand customer operations, and identify ways Fralo can better support their needs.
- Assist with resolving order, pricing, delivery, and customer-service-related issues.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to sales administration, customer communication, and internal coordination.
- Maintain accurate customer, order, pricing, and quotation information within company systems.
- Perform other related duties as needed to support Sales and Operations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working directly with customers and coordinating across multiple internal departments.
- Ability to learn company ERP, quoting, and order-management systems.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales support, manufacturing, order management, or a related field is preferred.
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
