Job summary

Transwall, Inc. is seeking a Customer Operations Lead to ensure world-class customer experience while driving sales and service processes.

The role oversees customer service, inside sales support, service order administration, CRM (HubSpot) management, and data reporting, including house accounts and non-territory opportunities. The right candidate will mentor the Customer Service team, manage escalations, maintain CRM data integrity, and drive improvements across sales, finance, and production

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or operations.
• Experience with manufacturing or construction products preferred.
• Strong HubSpot, reporting, communication, and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service function and set service standards.
• Own the service order process from request to billing.
• Manage inbound inquiries, quotes, and follow-ups in HubSpot.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reports tracking service metrics.
