• 5–10 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or related fields.
• Manufacturing or construction products experience preferred.
• Strong HubSpot, reporting, communication, and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Customer Service function and establish service standards.
• Own service order processes and coordinate field service scheduling.
• Maintain CRM records, data integrity, and workflow automation in HubSpot.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to track service revenue and lead conversions.
• Drive outbound business development targeting inactive or prospective customers.
