• Experience in customer operations, CRM, and vendor management.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own the human-in-the-loop layer of HUD's operations across data suppliers and AI lab buyers.
• Collaborate with GTM engineers to drive customer activation and engagement.
• Jump into customer conversations when a human touch is needed.
• Resolve contract, onboarding, and platform blockers with internal owners.
• Turn recurring issues into better processes and lightweight systems.
