Job summary

Lucid Software is seeking a part-time Customer Operations Intern in Salt Lake City, UT. You will support user issues, learn billing processes, and collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to improve our customer experience.

The role emphasizes ownership, clear communication, and the ability to translate technical concepts for our users. This hybrid internship blends remote work with two in-person days at our South Jordan office.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a strong academic performance.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Maintain technical product expertise and collaborate with support and engineering teams.
• Identify and monitor user operational metrics to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing on user-impacting issues and bugs.
• Assist in writing clear Help Center and user education content.
• Engage with our users in the Lucid Community.
• Process cancellation and refunds requests via email.
• Resolve billing concerns such as downgrades, invoice changes and declined payments.
• Understand product offerings and account types to update billing processes.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with customers.
