Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer return requests, credits, and debit adjustments accurately in the ERP system.
• Review documentation related to damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments.
• Coordinate return shipments by preparing shipping documentation and communicating with logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate records using Excel and internal databases.
• Assist with purchase order entry and other administrative tasks as business needs evolve.
• Generate and review daily reports to monitor transaction activity and order status.
• Work closely with internal customer service and sales support teams to resolve account issues.
• Provide additional administrative support to the department as assigned.
