Job summary

2020 Companies seeks a full-time Customer Operations Analyst to support Samsung Electronics America from Plano, TX. The role analyzes data, monitors KPIs, and improves service delivery across customer operations, supply chain, and order management.

Strong Excel, SAP, and WMS experience are required to optimize inventory, orders, and shipments. Based in Plano, TX, English/Korean bilingual capability is required to effectively coordinate with stakeholders and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Support or Supply Chain experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP and WMS or similar systems and/or sales order management software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with warehouse managers/supervisors to ensure data accuracy and present data to leadership for decisions.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate operational performance.
• Plan and implement processes to ensure corrective actions are resolved.
• Analyze customer purchase behavior and feedback to enhance service and relationships.
• Collaborate with key account managers to resolve issues and expand relationships.
• Identify sales solutions based on customer pain points and market research.
• Maintain contact with stakeholders to manage key accounts and align with customer expectations.
• Evaluate operational risks affecting delivery timelines or service quality.
• Create Delivery Orders based on parts availability and sales orders.
• Coordinate with Parts Warehouse on shipments, RMAs, and claims.
