The role uses SAP, WMS, and advanced Excel to optimize orders, inventory, delivery schedules, and customer data while reducing risks and issues.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in customer operations or supply chain, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with cross-functional teams such as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Support or Supply Chain experience.
• Advanced Excel and SAP/WMS experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with warehouse managers to ensure data accuracy for leadership decisions.
• Monitor KPI performance to evaluate the operation's success.
• Plan and implement corrective actions to resolve issues.
• Analyze customer purchase behavior to enhance service and relationships.
• Collaborate with account managers to resolve issues and expand relationships.
• Create Delivery Orders based on parts availability and sales orders.
• Coordinate with Parts Warehouse on shipments, RMAs, and claims.
