Job summary

Protomiq is seeking an Onboarding Manager to lead initial post-contract onboarding, align resources, and ensure a smooth deployment of services. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage onboarding plans, and serve as the primary point of contact for client onboarding progress.

The role requires 2+ years in automotive support or related management, plus experience in software project management and multi-project oversight.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Automotive Support or 2+ years in a related management field.
• Experience in software project management.
• Prior experience managing multiple ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding from intake to execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for fast onboarding.
• Lead kickoff calls with clients on select products.
• Serve as single point of contact for onboarding status and issues.
• Create onboarding plan and manage multiple onboardings.
• Ensure products are delivered on time and requirements are agreed.
• Communicate onboarding status clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Identify and implement onboarding process improvements.
