Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is looking for a Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service, operate the POS system, and assist in food preparation and store upkeep at our travel plazas. You will engage travelers, process transactions accurately, and help ensure clean, well-stocked facilities.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service and cash handling preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds (as required by duties).

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers at the plaza.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Prepare and serve quality food, and stock and clean workstations.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Follow brand standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
