Job summary

UGG is seeking a Sales Associate to create personalized shopping experiences and promote the brand in our store. You will listen to customers, offer recommendations, and share sustainability commitments while showing enthusiasm for the products.

You will manage cash, inventory, and visual merchandising, maintain a clean back area, and uphold safety and brand standards. Yearly in-store compensation starts with a base wage and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the DeckersBrands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for our customers that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and respond to questions.
• Communicate our return policy effectively to customers.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock and break area and follow safety procedures.
• Punctually report to work and notify the Store Manager if late or absent.
