Deckers Brands operates UGG stores and seeks a Sales Associate to create personalized shopping experiences for customers and communicate our sustainability commitments. You will greet customers, answer questions, and provide exceptional service while maintaining stock, merchandising, and store cleanliness.

This role requires attention to the brand, a positive attitude, punctuality, and teamwork with store colleagues to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Answer questions and respond before they leave.
• Provide exceptional service from start to finish, including communicating return policy.
• Operate cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available.
• Merchandise products according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean back-stock and break areas, daily cleaning duties.
• Report to Store Manager and communicate any lateness or absence.
