The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking team members for Marshalls stores in the Los Angeles area. You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers, and keep the store clean and organized while supporting refund and loyalty programs.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining an organized store environment.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change back per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiate store recovery and participate in safety and cleanliness efforts.
• Support labor policies and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
