Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring a store Associate to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, operate registers, and keep the sales floor organized and welcoming.

You will promote Credit and Loyalty programs, maintain merchandising standards, work a flexible schedule, and participate in store recovery and safety practices. Prior retail experience is preferred; all applicants are considered without discrimination.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the floor.
• Keeps store clean and organized and participates in store recovery.
• Supports loss prevention standards and safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
