Supplier.io is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to drive adoption of new capabilities and enablement across existing customers. You will translate product messaging into customer-facing communications and own the release narrative, working with content, web, and email teams.

• 5+ years in customer marketing or related role.
• B2B SaaS experience required.
• Ability to write clear, customer-facing copy.
• Strong multi-project and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation, and email platforms.

Responsibilities

• Represent customer marketing in the release process.
• Translate the positioning and messaging into customer-facing release communications.
• Own the messaging layer with release notes, announcements, and enablement assets.
• Segment the installed base by product usage and persona.
• Build the recurring 'what's new and why it matters' narrative.
