Customer Marketing Manager

Summary:
This role focuses on Customer Marketing duties within the broader Marketing Program Manager position. You will be responsible for developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and growth. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our customer base.
Primary Functions and Responsibilities:
- Develop a marketing retention program to secure client revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage client communications related to company news and product updates.
- Create marketing campaigns to support client upsell initiatives.
- Manage content marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, promotional incentives, and thought leadership.
- Develop case studies, secure client speakers, and tell our client stories.
- Design account-based marketing strategies to engage enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with digital marketers, product marketing, sales, and delivery teams to meet objectives.
- Measure and report on campaign KPIs and progress toward goals.
- Support corporate initiatives and analyze customer data for improvement opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends in customer marketing.
Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, sales, business administration, or related fields.
- 6+ years of marketing experience in a corporate or agency setting.
- 2+ years in B2B environments.
- SaaS experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Pardot preferred), and Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing budgets, campaigns, and growth strategies.
- Excellent project management and motivational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively.
Additional Information:
Pay range: $71,400 - $120,750, based on experience and other factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid time off, and bonuses.
Work Environment & Physical Activities:
- Full-time, 40 hours/week.
- Requires ergonomic workspace, proper lighting, internet, and occasional travel up to 10%.
- Physical activities include sitting, viewing screens, using hands, communicating, moving within an office, reaching, lifting up to 10 pounds, and flexibility for various tasks.
