**Customer Marketing Manager**

REMOTE USA

SUMMARY:

This role focuses on Customer Marketing duties within the overall Marketing Program Manager position. You will be responsible for developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our customer base.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop a marketing retention program to secure client revenue and delight.
2. Manage client communications related to company news and product announcements.
3. Create marketing campaigns to support client upsell initiatives.
4. Manage content marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, promotional incentives, and thought leadership.
5. Develop case studies and secure client speakers to tell our client stories.
6. Design account-based marketing strategies to engage enterprise clients.
7. Collaborate with digital marketers, product marketing, sales, and delivery teams to meet objectives.
8. Measure and report on campaign KPIs and progress.
9. Support corporate initiatives and analyze customer data for improvement opportunities.
10. Stay updated with industry trends in customer marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, sales, business administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of marketing experience in a corporate or agency setting.
• 2+ years in a B2B environment.
• SaaS experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Pardot), and project management skills.

Pay range: $71,400 - $120,750, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, and bonus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Full-time, 40 hours/week, with flexible schedules as needed.
• Office setup with ergonomic considerations.
• Occasional travel up to 10%.
• Perform duties during early mornings/evenings as required.
