Job summary

ZEISS Vision Care, Princeton, NJ, is seeking a Marketing Manager, Customer Marketing to develop and optimize integrated digital campaigns that boost brand awareness, demand, and customer engagement across channels. You will manage digital media, social channels, marketing automation, and content, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing principles
• Experience planning, executing, and optimizing integrated digital marketing campaigns
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience managing paid digital media campaigns across Google Ads & social channels
• Strong knowledge of social media management and content strategy

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Manage end-to-end digital campaign planning and performance monitoring
• Create and publish engaging content across ZEISS Vision Care's channels
• Manage digital & social media strategy across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
• Develop executive and corporate content calendars including LinkedIn thought leadership
• Develop content for Salesforce Marketing Cloud activities (emails, journeys, segmentation)
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and external partners
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
• Lead generation via campaigns, nurture, and communications
• Ensure compliance with branding standards and regulatory requirements
• Interface with Digital Marketing teams and agencies
• Follow safety standards
