Ryder in Nazareth, PA seeks a Manager Customer Logistics to oversee day-to-day operations, drive account management and lead a team toward achieving daily goals.

You will coordinate staffing, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and partner with international teams to deliver outstanding customer service while contributing to a Fortune 500 company's success.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or related field preferred.
• Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required.
• One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required—advanced.
• Logistics industry knowledge—advanced required.
• Knowledge of local and Federal regulations—advanced.
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components—intermediate.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production—advanced.

Summary

The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management . Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc.The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

Pay Type: Salaried

Minimum Pay Range: $70K

Maximum Pay Range: $75K
