Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an on-site logistics supervisor to manage daily planning, staffing, and compliance across multiple locations. You will monitor driver activity, conduct ride-alongs, and partner with teams to meet performance goals.

Requirements

On-site support Hours on-site will need to vary occasionally (e.g., 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM). On-site support will occur at three locations: Primary: Big Box (693 North Hills Road) Secondary: YVO (1425 Eden Road) Tertiary: IC (275 Cross Farm Lane). When not on-site, supervisor will need to provide on-call support: 1st shift shuttle runs from 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Thursday with additional weekend work frequently scheduled. Will regularly conduct ride-alongs with drivers. Will actively monitor and audit driver activity through Radius and GeoTab as well as trip sheets.

Preferred CDL

Preferred CDL Class A 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.

• Minimum Pay Range: $69K
• Maximum Pay Range: $72K
