PreVeil Inc. is hiring a Product Marketing Manager focused on Customer & Lifecycle Marketing to consolidate and own the customer-facing marketing functions.

The role requires deep product understanding of encryption and compliance, and close collaboration with Customer Success and Support to translate customer insights into compelling content. The position is hands-on, reports to the VP of Marketing, and involves building AI-driven workflows, onboarding programs, and customer references to drive

Formación

• 3-5 years in product marketing, customer marketing, or related technical role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience running customer programs such as references, reviews, advocacy, or lifecycle email.
• Technical background. You can hold your own on encryption and compliance scoping, and write about it without an engineer rewriting your draft.
• AI is a production tool for you, not something you send occasional prompts.

Responsabilidades

• Audit, rewrite and rebuild the customer knowledgebase for easy access by customers and AI bots.
• Own customer lifecycle communications: welcome emails, newsletters, and webinars.
• Produce case studies, customer one-pagers, reference program, reviews, and light customer marketing.
• Integrate customer voice into marketing and build AI workflows to scale programs.
• Draft and maintain knowledgebase articles; mine calls for new use cases and language.
