Responsibilities

• Administers and manages loan servicing for existing Consumer Loans.
• Provides phone support to internal team members on loan policies.
• Processes requests related to consumer loan servicing.
• Handles basic loan adjustments, re-amortization and payoff requests.
• Manages confidential member correspondence and standard reporting.
• Maintains accurate and current accounts through regular review.
