Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a hands-on Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Lead to guide an ongoing implementation. This remote US role requires deep platform expertise, independent technical delivery, and the ability to configure CJA solutions including Analysis Workspace, Data Views, and reporting.

The role emphasizes architecture leadership, data enablement with AEP, and strong communication with stakeholders while delivering real, measurable outcomes for client teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Strong AEP knowledge including data architecture, XDM schemas, datasets, and ingestion.
• Experience designing CJA implementations and analytics solutions.
• Ability to connect AEP data to CJA via batch and streaming ingestion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to ongoing CJA implementation with independent direction.
• Design and configure CJA solutions across workspace, data views, metrics, and reporting.
• Guide data enablement, identity strategy, ingestion patterns, and connections.
• Provide architecture recommendations and move the project forward with limited oversight.
• Translate business questions into scalable analytics use cases and reporting solutions.
