Solution Overview:
  1. Machine learning systems (AI) to drive transparency and empower client teams to improve results relentlessly.
  2. Simple, Secure, Closed-loop data flow from the customer back to the manufacturer to eliminate waste and operate lean.
What You Will Do:

As a member of the Customer Integrations team, your focus will be driving success for our customers. This means:

  1. Participate and run workshops with key stakeholders to fully understand the customer’s integration requirements.
  2. Configuring system interfaces, operating iPaaS/ETL solutions, and customizing operational tools to support customer data ingestion and a smooth client onboarding process.
  3. Building analytics and data visualization tools in response to client requests and to support decision making.
  4. You may need to travel 1-2 times per year to a US warehouse site if a customer launch is sufficiently large or complex.
  5. Participate in an ongoing on-call rotation.
What Skills You Need (Required):
  1. 2+ years and hands-on technical experience with Celigo, Boomi, or equivalent iPaaS.
  2. 1+ years hands-on technical experience integrating Shopify and/or Netsuite.
  3. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  4. Experience calling, testing, and troubleshooting API endpoints.
  5. Demonstrable experience querying and transforming JSON structures.
  6. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment Visas at this time.
What Skills Are Nice To Have:
  1. Certification in Celigo or Boomi.
  2. Experience with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) or other supply chain systems.
  3. Proficiency with SQL.
  4. Proficiency with EDI.
  5. Proficiency with Databricks.
  6. Background in finance, data science, supply chain.
  7. Ability to organize and lead customers through an integration project.
