Blutic is looking for a skilled and dedicated Mid-Level Application Integration Engineer with 3-5 years of technical expertise in Windows Server administration and application integration. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively to ensure seamless application integration and optimal performance.
This is a remote opportunity with a 6-month project engagement, with the possibility of extension. The candidate should be willing to work in either US time zones.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform and oversee integration tasks, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and optimization of applications.
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring application performance, stability, and ongoing support.
- Utilize IIS, Tomcat, and other web hosting software for application deployment.
- Develop process automation for consistent deployment.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and business groups to coordinate upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and manage projects.
- Support and develop business solutions with internal teams.
- Document processes and maintain records for operational improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in application integration engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Support technical, operational, and application needs of moderately complex applications.
- Knowledge of application architecture and documentation of system installations and flows.
- Knowledge of Healthcare industry software, especially Cognizant products (Facets, EAM, Care Advance) and/or Optum products (CES, EASYGroup, PSI).
- Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud services.
- Experience with Automic Automation software.
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting; Linux experience is a plus.
- Experience with web hosting platforms like IIS and Tomcat.
- Powershell scripting and automation skills, including Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible.
- Application performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience with monitoring software, preferably SolarWinds.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
