Patagonia is seeking a Quality Insights Analyst to champion quality across the product lifecycle. You will translate customer feedback into actionable quality improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and embed data-driven decisions into product creation.
You will maintain dashboards and insights that highlight customer perceptions of product quality, influence initiatives, and help teams adopt quality tools for ongoing improvement, all within a hybrid work model from Ventura, CA.

This role sits at the intersection of analytics, product creation, and relationship building. Success in this role requires the ability to communicate technical concepts and analytical findings in a clear, compelling way for non-technical audiences, while building strong relationships with cross-functional partners to influence decisions, and embed quality throughout the product lifecycle.

Hiring Range :$105,000-$110,000 USD Annual

Workplace Location Overview
This position is Hybrid, with a standard schedule of Tuesday - Thursday on-site and remote work on other days. Occasional additional office visits may be required for team events or critical meetings.
