The Opportunity

As we continue to scale our business internationally, we are looking for a talented Customer Implementation Manager to work with us to ensure the successful and timely onboarding of new clients. Reporting to the Customer Experience Director who has overarching responsibility for Customer Success and Product functions, the successful role holder will

What you’ll do

  • Lead end to end implementation projects for our valued clients, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (in particular Technology and Customer Success) to facilitate successful implementations.
  • Develop and manage complex project plans, that include integration, testing, training and deployment activities.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, effectively communicating progress, challenges and resolutions to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • A ddress any issues or challenges that arise during the implementation process.
  • Track and report on project progress and key metrics.
  • Provide training support to clients, including documentation and user guides.
  • Provide support immediately post-implementation, with handover to the Customer Success team.
  • Ensure clients are happy with the new solution and that their needs are met.
  • Willing and able to travel internationally up to 25% if needed.

About you

  • Applicants must currently be based in the EEA and have a valid working visa.
  • You have a proven track record of leading complex implementation projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders, and sharing information in written or verbal form.
  • You are a self-starter, with strong analytical and problem solving abilities, and a focus on delivering results.
  • You possess excellent planning and time management skills.

Required skills and experience

  • You have a minimum of five years’ experience in project management or implementation roles, in a fintech / payment technology company.
  • Your knowledge of airline retail operations and onboard retail solutions will be a distinct advantage.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • You are fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of project management software like Jira and collaboration tools including Slack.
