Mitch Landry - State Farm Agent in Houston is looking for an Account Representative to support daily agency operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will grow the agency by building meaningful customer relationships and matching client needs with appropriate products and services.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, and maintain strong relationships while providing prompt, accurate service on inquiries about coverage, policies, billing, and claims.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to relate to customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
