The overall purpose of a Customer Growth Executive role is to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth for Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients. This involves building strong relationships, understanding client needs, coordinating internal resources, and continuously developing strategies to enhance client engagement and business outcomes. The customer growth role is essential for nurturing and growing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention while driving business growth. This role requires a strategic focus on cross‑selling and upselling, client advocacy, performance metrics, effective account management, internal coordination, and continuous personal and team development.
Salary Range: $70,000 – 105,000 USD annual base salary (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job‑related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset). This role is also eligible for quarterly discretionary bonus.
