Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in SCM, business, operations, logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years in planning, supply chain, customer order management, logistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create, validate, and manage customer orders and changes in company systems.
• Confirm order dates, fulfillment locations, and delivery requirements while supporting expectations and quality standards.
• Track, analyze, and report on production performance and order activity.
• Collaborate with planning teams and regional operations to resolve supply chain challenges.
• Support regional and customer requests with timely information and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with central and regional teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.
