Job summary

Aviagen is seeking a motivated Central Planner to coordinate customer order fulfillment across regions, ensuring orders meet requirements and business priorities. You will liaise with customers, regions, operations and production planning to enable smooth execution of orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
• Two or more years of experience in planning, supply chain, customer order management, logistics, operations, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with production and order management systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to confirm order dates, fulfillment locations, and delivery requirements while supporting customer expectations, quality standards, and operational capabilities.

• Support regional and customer requests by providing timely information, coordination, and issue resolution.
