Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process all customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Generate all related paperwork and necessary information for orders, shipments, and receipts.
• Coordinate special shipping requests with the operations department and expedite where needed.
• Prioritize orders based on pickup time or pier cutoff.
• Provide shipping and tracking information to customers.
