Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent American Bank in a courteous, professional manner.
• Interview customers who come into the bank seeking banking services and handle transaction details.
• Handle accounts, including deposits, loans, and consumer products, and cross-sell services.
• Maintain branch operations and assist in opening/closing as needed.
• Provide accurate information and support to customers, resolving issues promptly.
• Support teller line and maintain cash handling within policy.
