Job summary

CCFBank in Minnesota is seeking a customer-focused Teller to help clients with deposits, withdrawals, and transfers while delivering excellent service. You’ll process transactions accurately, answer questions, and identify opportunities to introduce banking products.

A cooperative, patient listener who enjoys helping others fits well with our team. This full-time position offers a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, with pay of $17.00–$19.00 per hour and eligibility for an annual bonus based on

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Process customer transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Understand customer needs and introduce banking products and services.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and relevant laws.
