Job summary

CCFBank is seeking a friendly Teller in Oakdale, MN, with plans to relocate to Hudson, WI in December 2026. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan/credit card payments, and customer inquiries, delivering courteous service and building customer relationships.

Ideal candidates are patient, detail-oriented, and team-focused, capable of handling repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality. The position is full-time with a standard 40-hour week and competitive hourly pay.

Responsibilities

This is a fast-paced, interactive position with CCFBank, a successful financial institution with locations throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. We’re seeking a friendly, and customer-oriented individual who is eager to build and maintain customer relationships.

This position is currently based in Oakdale, MN and is expected to relocate to Hudson, WI in December 2026. Candidates should be comfortable with this future location change.

As a Teller, you will assist customers with their banking needs by processing deposits, cashing checks, accepting loan/credit card payments, and addressing customer questions or concerns. Bonus points if you’re community focused and excited about making a positive difference for those around you.

The ideal candidate is a cooperative, agreeable, and sympathetic listener who gets along with and enjoys helping others. This job requires a patient and stable work style and consistency in dealing with repetitive routines. A service- and team-oriented mindset is essential to success. The work requires attention to detail. The candidate must be able to manage those details with accuracy and careful attention to quality.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist customers with various financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Perform accurate and timely processing of customer transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and actively listen to and address customer questions or concerns.
• Understand customer requirements and introduce them to new products and services.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals.
• Maintain and assure compliance with all Bank policies, procedures and processes, and all applicable state and federal banking laws, rules, and regulations; adhere to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) responsibilities that are specific to the position.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience

• At least one (1) year of customer service experience.
