Job summary

Paycom is seeking a teller to provide accurate paying and receiving functions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders and cash advances. The role balances each day's transactions and ensures prompt, professional member service.

The teller assists other staff, processes various transactions, and maintains privacy of member information while upholding the credit union's policies and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Provides in person, by telephone, or by mail, information as members may authorize concerning their account status.
• Receives share deposits in person or by mail.
• Receives loan payments in person or by mail.
• Processes cash advances, cashiers' checks, money orders and similar transactions.
• Disburses cash or check share withdrawals in person, by telephone, or by mail.
• Processes transfers.
• Opens and closes computer terminal accounts daily.
• Cross-sells credit union services.
• Ensures privacy of member account information.
• Maintains professional relations with members.
• Attends meetings as required.
