Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Customer service and retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver exceptional service while addressing needs and referring complex issues to appropriate personnel.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, cashier's checks, and other financial transactions; balance cash drawer daily.
• Identify customer needs and educate on products and services; make referrals to lending or deposit services and participate in outreach activities.
• Adhere to bank policies, BSA/AML/CIP/OFAC and privacy regulations; report suspicious activity and ensure confidentiality.
