West Coast Convenience and Loop Neighborhood Market are seeking energetic Team Members for our California locations. You will help customers, operate the register, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling across first/second/third shifts.
• Verbal and written communication with management and customers.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Basic math for handling cash and transactions.
• Ability to validate identification for tobacco/alcohol sales where required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders as needed in station.
• Remain calm and respond to emergencies per policy.
• Exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products tolerated.
• Work in varying temperature environments (coolers, outdoors).

Responsibilities

• Manage cash register during shift and balance money.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store and surrounding area.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports as per guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to increase store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
