West Coast Convenience is seeking team members to join our growing network of stores, fuel stations, and car washes in California. We offer full-time and part-time roles across all shifts, with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English.
• Perform basic math including proper calculation of change, etc.
• Minimum age 18+ for 1st/2nd shift; 21+ for 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash register during the shift and balance cash.
• Stock shelves and keep the store clean and professional.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell store products to increase sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to management.
