Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Wlexibility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle cash transactions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to climb ladders and work in varying temperature environments.
• Compliance with age requirements for shifts (18+ for 1st/2nd, 21+ for 3rd).

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and balance cash at end of shift.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to shoppers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store and surrounding area.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash-related issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports according to company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to increase store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
