Roles include cash handling, stocking, and delivering check-out service; opportunities for growth across shifts. We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules, 18+ eligibility, and incentives tied to years of service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with management on store operations quickly.
• Read, understand, and write in English.
• Perform basic math including change calculations.
• Validate identification for tobacco/alcohol where required.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders as needed.
• Remain calm and respond to emergencies per guidelines.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in varied temperatures in the station.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash register during shifts and keep it balanced.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment in-store and on the lot.
• Troubleshoot car wash-related issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to boost store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
