Loop Neighborhood is hiring customer-focused Team Members for all three shifts at our California stations. You will engage with customers, handle the register, stock products, and maintain a clean store while ensuring safety and service standards.

Roles include managing daily operations, assisting with car wash issues, and contributing to store profitability through upselling and teamwork. Training and development are emphasized to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills for making change and balancing registers.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied temperatures.

Responsabilités

• Manage the cash register and balance cash at end of shift.
• Stock shelves and keep a clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a safe, customer-friendly environment in-store and around the property.
• Troubleshoot car wash issues as needed and report to management.
• Prepare shift reports according to company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to increase store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
