Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers in Broadview Heights, OH invites a friendly Team Member to join our part-time team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, handle cash and POS transactions, prepare and stock items, and maintain clean, well-stocked workstations to meet traveler needs.

The role requires flexible scheduling, including days, nights, weekends and holidays, with opportunities for wage advancement and employee benefits such as meal discounts and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Wrap, label, stock, and rotate food and products.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and promote additional products.
• Follow brand standards and food safety guidelines.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
