West Coast Convenience is seeking team members for all shifts (full-time and part-time) at our California stores. Team Members will handle cash, assist customers, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to validate identification for tobacco/alcohol where required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders as needed.
• Remain calm and follow policies during emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in varying temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and balance cash on shift.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to store customers, vendors, and staff.
• Troubleshoot car wash related issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports at end of shifts per guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell store products to increase sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the supervisor.
